Some projects since the beginnings ..

Below a small extract of processed projects, since the early days in the year 1965. Most of them were manufactured as individual single solutions, somehowever in small and middle series.

Industrial counter

in different versions, as event counters or timers. These counters developed at a time, in which the modern ICs had to be still invented. The devices were thus composed of discrete components, resistances, capacitors, diodes and transistors. An eight-digit industrial counter needed a 19"-rack with a height of 3HU. The 2HU-Design was called "modern". Usual display elements were at this time the Nixie tubes. The devices became somewhat smaller by the later employment of the RTL logic modules, TTLs should only still come. Modern counters with LED or LCD display, developed with highly integrated ICs, in SMD technology we manufacture on request still today.

Controller for money counting machines

Counting of the sorted coins and display of the respective amounts of money in coin sorters. The very early devices were still equipped with electromechanical counters.

Timer and score displays for sports facilities

In the customer order result displays for water ball matches were developed and manufactured. Furthermore large surface displays for sports facilities were realized. The largest board of this kind, with approximately 10.000 lamps (and a power consumption of 25kW), was used as a background display over a long period in the "Hitparade", an entertainment show in the Second Channel of German Television.

Multi-storey car park controller

As forerunners of the today's multi-storey car park automatic cut outs. The access control were manufactured in larger quantities for a considerable supplier.

Cafeteria account

for a large publishing house. Personal data collection and storage on magnetic tapes, the modern PC should be still developed. The data processing in detail took place in the inhouse computing center.

Controllers for wind generators

Development for the American market and production in larger quantities. Essentially the performance classes of 65kW, 150kW and 330kW were covered.

Controllers for pelleting machines

Controller and control of pelleting machines for the pharmaceutical industry. Logging and evaluation of the production data for in process control. These devices were manufactured for a very long period, in larger quantities, for a market-well-known press manufacturer.

Measuring instruments and controllers for the welding engineering

In the customer order a set of devices were developed and manufactured. In detail there was synchronous controllers and measuring instruments for the monitoring of resistance and arc weldings, with the appropriate data collection and logging for the quality control.
