Digital I/O
This module is designed to read 8 digital input lines and drive 8 digital output lines via
a serial RS232 port. Inputs and outputs are isolated by optocouplers. While the input lines
also separated against each other, the 8 output Lines are connected to a common supply rail.
Output activation is done by high-side switches.
New Functions
This Module may act as Multichannel Timer or multiple Multifunction Timer. In many applications
there is a need for Time Relais, adjusted only once and never more again.
Comparing to fixed delay circuits, this module may be configured via the serial port, the
margins are fewer costs and later adjustability. The programming software (Windows-PC) may be downloaded for free.
Every output channel may be configured as
- No timing function, no input dependency
- No timing function, output controlled by any input channel
- On delay from 100ms to 100h, controlled by any input channel
- Off delay from 100ms to 100h, controlled by any input channel
- Repeat cycle timer, On and Off separate selectable from 100ms to 100h, controlled by any input channel or free running
- Singleshot from 100ms to 100h, triggered by any input channel
- Range "ms", from 100 to 2000 in steps by 100
- Range "s", from 1 to 120 in steps by one
- Range "m", from 1 to 120 in steps by one
- Range "h", from 1 to 100in steps by one
